Are you finding yourself overwhelmed by never ending to do lists and out of balance and out of touch with what really matters to you?
Modern life is moving faster and faster, and in order to keep our balance, and live a truly present and fulfilled life, we really need to be so proactive... otherwise it is as though we are eaten up by all the demands upon us, pulled in too many directions and finding we just don't have time.
And really, we know the things that help us to keep ourselves in balance... getting out in nature, having time for fun and play, taking time for healthy eating, exercise, meditation... such simple things. Yet, why do they seem so hard to maintain. At times we will find ourselves keeping this balance, and loving it, and other times, it seems to all slip away.
There is no trick to this. It is about every day, and every moment, making choices that support us in positive ways. Being present and aware. Treating ourselves with love, kindness and gentle wisdom.
Part of my mission to help with my own balance in life is something I hope will help with yours too, is bringing back regular evening meditations. I will be using guided meditation, so you can kick back and relax and enjoy the journey! We will use the beautiful tools of crystals, essential oils, sound, and your presence and intentions to enjoy moments of peace, awareness, and wholeness together, and keep honouring the sacred balance that is our natural state.
