I was sending Remote Reiki to a clients pets just the other day and was reminded of how our pets are our Angels on Earth. They have such a love for us and assist us in every way that they can. A lot of times that means that they actually clear negative energy for us, and that can take a toll on them. I don't say this to make anyone feel guilty, but as a reminder that our pets want us to take good care of ourselves and treat ourselves lovingly. They accept us exactly as we are and only want the best for us. I know my dog Maxxi prompts me to get moving and helps lift my mood if I am down.
