Autumn Wellness Retreat: Mind-Body Connection

As Autumn gently unfolds, have you noticed you have started to feel a little more introspective?  Each season has a different energy, Summer is more expansive, open, active, whereas Autumn is a time to be more reflective and look inward.  So I think it is perfect timing for our Wellness Retreat!
Once again I am working with Jozay Longden (Clinical Psychologist) and Julian Silburn (Sound Healer) to help you to tap into your own wisdom and learn to lovingly care for yourself working with your body and your senses.
I'll be guiding you through a healing meditation using specially selected Essential Oils that support emotional healing!  Jozay and I are then teaming together to help unite your intuition and insights.  We will help you foster loving awareness, and give you fun and easy ways to support yourself emotionally using your senses!
The amazing Julian will bring his sound magic, and not only conduct a sound healing for you, but empower you to use your own voice and tone to help support and heal yourself.  I'm so excited to learn this from Julian - and please don't be intimidated - you don't need a "good voice" or any great musical gifts!  It's about a loving way of connecting you to your own ability to care for and heal yourself - so it's a really precious gift and I'm so happy Julian is offering this to us!
