Not everybody notices the effects of electromagnetic pollution, but you will certainly know if you do. I find that I am very sensitive to it - not surprising given how sensitive I am to energy in general. I notice that I lose clarity of mind and feel a bit trance-like when I watch TV or am on the computer. This certainly is not helpful when a significant part of my work requires me to be at the computer.
If you notice this yourself, then there are certain crystals that are a great help. You can put them on your computer or between you and any electronic devices such as your TV, microwave, mobile phone, etc.
