So many clients I have seen lately are under a lot of stress. There are always so many things to do, so many things fighting for our attention and energy. It is hard to stay focussed, balanced and peaceful with all of this going on. To me, the answer in managing all of this, is getting back to basics. Remembering basic things that help to keep YOU calm and centered.
Breathe! We totally forget to breathe sometimes when we are stressed. And simple things such as getting outside to exercise, taking even a few minutes to meditate, praying rather than worrying. I think that the most powerful techniques are the simple ones - the ones we can do every day to keep ourselves on track.
